Stitched in red silk thread, with trailing ends; bound accordion-style in covers of black-and-gray houndstooth-print fabric over pasteboard. Housed in a hand-made, balsa wood case (10 x 10 x 3 cm.).

Created for the "An Inventory of Al-Mutanabbi Street" project to commemorate the 2007 car bombing on al-Mutanabbi Street in Baghdad, which was the heart and soul of the Baghdad literary and intellectual community.
Issued in an edition of 300, signed and numbered by the author.
On March 5th, 2007 a car bomb was exploded on al-Mutanabbi Street in Baghdad, the historic center of Baghdad bookselling, holds bookstores and outdoor bookstalls, ... Now the al-Mutanabbi Street Coalition is issuing a call for book artists to work on a project to "re-assemble" some of the "inventory" of the reading material that was lost in the car bombing of al-Mutanabbi Street.
